She first rose to fame in 2002 after winning a place in Girls Aloud. Her solo projects include acting in the West End and becoming a runner-up on Strictly Come Dancing 2012. She released her debut album, Centre Stage in 2013. She is currently playing a lead part in 'Sleepless: A Musical Romance' at Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre.
